Always been a big cider fan, and found South African more commercial options fell flat. But Loxtonia is great, really captures the true essence of a cider. Has the stonefruit cider on the weekend and thoroughly enjoyed it!
A cider devotee, my family in Brittany having collected locally made brew for ever, I long ago had quit on South African cider. Too sweet. Too artificial. Cheap and nasty. I tried Loxtonia's non flavoured cider yesterday. Impressive. It is light, crisp, dry and gently fruity. It respects the essence of apple. It is cider. Well done

We had a wonderful tasting of 7 different ciders at Loxtonia. The host, Lisa, was such a delight and the alpacas were a fun addition to a very pleasant experience.

Ciders were great. Venue is great. Service was really good, staff really know their product and history of the farm. Also they have alpacas ( with mullets) and other animals to look at.

An amazing tasting experience at Loxtonia. Friendly and attentive staff that really went above and beyond, we even got a private tour and learnt about the production of the cider. A full tasting of all the varietals paired very well with the veg soup of the day and a tasty roll. Sprawling views of the mountains and meticulous gardens set the perfect backdrop for sipping a ice cold cider.
