Loxtonia Cider Loyalty Program Terms of Service

1. Overview

The Loxtonia Cider Loyalty Program (“Loyalty Program”) is offered by Ceres Cider Company (Pty) LTD T/A Loxtonia Cider (“we”, “us”, “our”). By participating in the Loyalty Program, you agree to these Terms of Service, along with our general Terms of Service (https://loxtonia.co.za/terms-of-service/) and Privacy Policy (https://loxtonia.co.za/privacy-policy/).

2. Eligibility:

You must be at least 18 years of age and log in with the same details used when completing a purchase to participate in the Loyalty Program.

Membership Tiers

1. Bronze Tier: Earn 1 point for every Rand spent.
2. Silver Tier: Earn 2 points for every Rand spent.
3. Gold Tier: Earn 3 points for every Rand spent.

3. Earning Points

Points may also be earned through bonus activities as described in the Loyalty Program details.

4. Redeeming Points

For every 100 points, you receive an R5 discount, redeemable at any time on any purchase. Points expire after 3 months if not used.

6. Program Discontinuation

We reserve the right to discontinue the Loyalty Program at any time without prior notice.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates to our website.

8. Liability

We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or harm resulting from your participation in the Loyalty Program. This includes but is not limited to, any disappointment over the terms of the Loyalty Program, any changes to or discontinuance of the Loyalty Program, or any failure or delay by us in crediting points to your account.
