How To Use The Loxtonia Cider Loyalty Program

I.) Account Setup

a) Logging Into Your Existing Account:

If you already have an account, simply log in at the “My Account” link using the same email address you used at checkout.

b) Creating an Account:

If you haven’t set up an account with us yet or did not do so during your purchase, let’s get you started.

It’s important to register or log in using the same email address you used at checkout to link your purchase to the loyalty points:

Via the Rewards Icon:

✣ Click on the “My Rewards” icon on our website. Select “Join Now” to be directed to the registration page.

✣ Enter the same email address you used at checkout under “Register” and submit.

✣ Check your email for a message from us to set your new password. (Remember to check your spam box too)

Through the My Account Link:

✣ Visit the “My Account” link at the top of our website.

✣ Click “Register” and enter your checkout email address.

✣ Follow the email instructions to set up a password.

Post-Purchase Account Creation:

✣ If you ticked “Create an account?” during checkout, just check your email for the setup link.

Once logged in, here’s how you can manage and redeem your points:

Viewing Points and Rewards:

✣ Go to the “Points & Rewards” tab in your dashboard to see your available points, loyalty level, and referral link.

Redeeming Points for Discounts:

✣ In the “My Rewards” section, select the “Redeem” button.

✣ Select the “My Rewards” tab and click “Redeem.”

✣ Choose how many points you would like to convert and click “Redeem” to convert your points into a discount.

Stay Engaged:

Keep track of your points and benefits directly through the “My Rewards” widget on our site after logging in.

This tool is your gateway to maximising the value of every purchase.

 III.) Ways to Earn Points

a) Points for Purchase:

How It Works:

Enhance your cider enjoyment while accumulating valuable points with each purchase. The more you explore our range of flavours, the more rewards you can earn, based on your loyalty level:

1. Bronze Level (0 to 5,000 points):
Earn 1 point for every R1.00 you spend.

2. Silver Level (5,001 to 15,000 points):
Earn 2 points for every R1.00 you spend.

3. Gold Level (Over 15,001 points):
Earn 3 points for every R1.00 you spend.

b) Earn Points by Leaving a Review:

How It Works:

After your purchase, we’ll send you an email inviting you to review the products you’ve bought. You can leave a review for up to seven purchased products.

For each product review you complete, you’ll receive 500 points. This is a great way to help others make informed decisions while earning points that you can use for future purchases.

c) Refer Loxtonia Cider to Friends:

How It Works:

After making your first purchase and registering your account, you’ll receive a unique referral link. Share this link with friends and family.

When someone makes a purchase using your referral link, both of you will receive a 20% discount coupon for your next order.

Accessing Your Referral Link:

Log into your account and go to the “Points and Rewards” tab in your dashboard. Here, you’ll find your referral link under the “Referral Link” section.

Alternatively, use the “My Rewards” widget on our website for quick access to your link, which you can then share directly.
